The new War at Sea Starter appears to have at least three ships that fought at Empress Augusta Bay included.

The Shigure might be the Samidare, which was as Empress Augusta Bay, and the USS Montpelier and Haguro are already confirmed as being part of the set. If that US boat is another Fletcher then it provides another option for that class as well, although I doubt it's one of the named ships from the battle,as there are some more famous Fletchers still available.
